“Blood on the Mountain,” Film and Discussion

The economic and environmental devastation caused by the coal mining industry in West Virginia and its crippling effect on all American Workers is the topic of this film.  Introduction and discussion will be led by Shaun Slifer, Curator/Exhibition Designer,  West Virginia Mine Wars Museum, and Lou Martin, a founding and current Board Member and Chatham history professor who will present a wider understanding of the  post-Mine Wars 20th century contextual history.
