 A new original work by Pittsburgh playwright Mark Clayton Southers. This play, commissioned for the 125th commemoration of the Homestead Strike, relives the moments before, during, and after the Battle of Homestead. Seven of Pittsburgh’s finest actors bring this story to life, live at the Historic Pump House.

Mark Clayton Southers is an award winning playwright, photographer, scenic designer, theatrical producer and stage director. He is the founder and producing artistic director of the Pittsburgh Playwrights Theatre Company where he has produced well over 125 full length and one act plays, including August Wilson’s complete ten play Pittsburgh Century Cycle.

 

There will be Six performances at the Historic Pump House.

Friday & Saturday, September 15th & 16th, at 7:00 pm
